Westscheme Awarded Gold Rating
(SuperRatings December 2009)

SuperRatings has released its annual ratings of Australian super funds. For 2010, Westscheme is rated Gold.  This means Westscheme is considered a “good value for money” super fund across a range of criteria, including fees and charges, administration, advisory services and governance.  As a result of the global financial crisis SuperRatings judged Westscheme’s investments to have performed close to the benchmark average.
According to the independent ratings agency, Westscheme continues to have an uncomplicated and competitive fee structure.  The assessment also recognised Westscheme’s ancillary services including access to financial planning, health insurance (via Super Members Health Plan, underwritten by GMHBA) and banking and home loan products (via ME Bank).
