APPRENTICESHIPS AUSTRALIA

For the first time in 2009, Westscheme sponsored the Rio Tinto Awards and Completion Ceremony and the Energy Apprenticeships Group (EAG) Graduation and Awards Night with Apprenticeships Australia.

Both awards acknowledge the outstanding achievements of the individuals who participate in the Rio Tinto Iron Ore apprentice and trainee programs and the Apprenticeships Australia oil and gas program.

These apprentices and trainees are situated in all parts of the state and off-shore, working to remote locations on resource sector operations. These highly skilled individuals can take pride in the contribution they are making towards their future and to the prosperity of WA.
