We have established procedures to deal fairly with enquiries and complaints from members. All complaints will be properly considered and dealt with within 90 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the response you may lodge a complaint with the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal (SCT). The SCT will not consider a complaint unless it has first been lodged with the fund.
