Help keep us informed so we can ensure you receive your Contribution Returns, news about superannuation and developments at Westscheme and your annual ‘Employer Record of Contributions’ on time, every time.

So, what do we need?

We need to know about any changes to the following:

  • Name and title of the staff member we should contact about superannuation issues
  • Member name changes. A certified copy of the member's Marriage Certificate, Change of Name documents, etc. is required before we can record their name change and issue a new member card
  • Your postal address (this includes street name)
  • Your contact telephone number, fax and email address

Returned mail

Westscheme may request additional information be issued in the instance that we received returned mail from the last recorded address for members.

Ceasing employment

If a member leaves your employment, please write ‘Ceased Employment’ and the date they ceased employment against the employee's name where it appears on the Contribution Return or advise us through our Online Services facility if you are registered.
