Once we’ve received a contribution from you, we will set you up to receive either a monthly or a quarterly Contribution Return. Should you ever need to change from quarterly to monthly, or vice versa, please contact us.
A Contribution Return is the means you have to provide us with the information necessary to set up super accounts and allocate payments to the accounts of those employees who have chosen Westscheme for their superannuation. The information we need on the contribution returns is as follows:
Where a Westscheme member has ceased employment, please advise us of the date of termination.
You can submit your return data as follows:
WESTSCHEME ONLINE SERVICES – you can submit data and direct payment via this method.
Please be aware, when paying Employer or Member after-tax contributions using the EFT or BPay methods, although the contributions may be debited to your account instantaneously, it may take up to 4 days before it is paid into the Westscheme account. This delay may affect compliance with your Superannuation Guarantee Obligation or a member's eligibility for the Government Co-Contribution.
ADP Clearing house – suitable if you have multiple super funds to pay to.
Super Data Files – speak to us to discuss how we can integrate your existing payroll package directly into Westscheme’s administration systems
Your own Contribution Return – you can create your own document with the information detailed above. Post, email or fax this document along with your payment to:
Westscheme
Locked Bag 3350
Perth Adelaide Terrace WA 6832
or Westscheme Contribution Return will be posted to you or you can download a copy here: Contribution Return
If Westscheme receives a payment and contribution data from you, but the information is incomplete, or we require more information, we may contact you. For legal reasons, payments from you may be refunded after a period of time. We will contact you before organising a refund payment.
