Senior Online Consultant – AustralianSuper
An opportunity to join an online communication team in one of Australia’s leading industry superannuation funds is now available.
The role will have the responsibility for overseeing and creating a pre-eminent online experience for AustralianSuper’s members.
The successful person will have well honed skills in project management, business analysis and web statistics and be very well organised and able to maintain multiple projects at once.
Key criteria
- online project and web management and monitoring experience is mandatory
- experience with user testing and issue management is preferred with demonstrable skills in recommending and implementing a program of improvements
- managing multiple service providers including developers and hosting companies
- able to manage multiple projects.
Applications must have at least 5 years online experience and time spent in financial services would be highly desirable as is the ability to work independently and with accuracy and speed.
