Combining all of your super into the one account will make your savings much easier to manage.

Three steps to combining your super account

We can help you to combine your other super into your AustralianSuper account.

Just take these first steps and we’ll do the rest:

1. Complete the Combine your super into AustralianSuper form.
2. Attach your certified proof of ID (read this fact sheet for help).
3. Send your form and ID to us.

We’ll then contact your other super fund to combine your super into your AustralianSuper account.

Do you have more than one account to combine?

You need a photocopy of your ID for each account you want to combine. And each photocopy then needs to be certified.

So if you have three accounts to transfer, you’ll need to:

• complete three Combine your super into AustralianSuper forms, and
• have three photocopies of your ID certified.

Please make sure you sign each form by hand, as your original signature is needed on each copy.
